The Dira Dada Founders

Why Dira Dada Exists

Dira Dada was born from a moment of recognition of three women who had each navigated the uncertainty of young adulthood without a map, without a mentor, without someone to say: "I see you, and I know the way."

They watched girls around them who were bright, capable and full of potential drift without direction. Not because they lacked ambition, but because no one had ever sat with them long enough to help them find it. The problem wasn't ability. It was access. Access to guidance, to honest conversations, to women who had walked the path before them.

They believe, with everything they have, that every girl deserves direction. Not a prescribed path , but the clarity, confidence, and community to choose her own. That is what Dira Dada means: a woman with direction.

Mentorship is not a programme. It is a relationship. It is the quiet, consistent presence of someone who believes in you before you believe in yourself. That is the foundation Dira Dada is built on and it is the promise we make to every girl who walks through our circles, that we shall take them where they have no courage to go.
